BMW, jewellery and designer goods stolen during two break-ins in two weeks

Police are appealing for help to track down a "small white hatchback-style vehicle" linked to two break-ins in less than two weeks.
Jewellery and a blue BMW were among the items stolen during an overnight raid on a property in Biggar's Station Road.
It happened between 11.30pm on Sunday, April 9th, and 1.30am on Monday, April, 10th.
The car was recovered in the Penicuik area a short time later.

Two men were seen leaving the property in a small white hatchback-style vehicle in the direction of the town's Main Street.
A similar vehicle was also spotted during a break-in at a property in River View, Lanark, around 2.50pm on Wednesday, March 29th - almost a fortnight earlier.
Various jewellery and designer goods were stolen in the raid, which ended when three men left in a small white hatchback-style vehicle towards Carstairs.

Detective Constable Sarah Wardlaw, of Police Scotland, said: “Enquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible for both incidents.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a small white hatchback-style vehicle around the time of the incidents.
"I would appeal to motorists with dash-cam footage to get in touch, you may have captured something that could assist our enquiries.”
