Nathan Morrison, aged 40, has been jailed for six years after appearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court on 20th December 2024.
West Midlands Police recovered a large quantity of drugs hidden in the fuel cap of Mr Morrison's car and then from an address in Walsall.
At court, Mr Morrison pleaded guilty to four charges of possessing Class A and B drugs, with the intent to supply.
Mr Morrison was arrested on the 5th September this year whilst he was sitting in his car – it was part of a pre-planned county lines operation by West Midlands Police.
DI Mark Robinson, from the West Midland’s County Lines Taskforce, said: “County Lines drug dealers target the most vulnerable, ruining lives and blighting communities.
“County Lines gangs should know they are in our sights and our work goes on 24/7 throughout the year to stop them and get them off our streets.”
West Midlands Police are currently running Operation Target in an aim to take a defiant stand against a range of serious and organised crime offences.
Officers use local intelligence, seize goods, carry out warrants and target offenders as part of Operation Target’s ongoing crackdown against serious and organised crime.
