Pedestrian hit by a bus in Telford with potentially serious injuries
She was sent to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for treatment
A woman has been left with potential serious injuries after she was hit by a bus in Telford.
It happened at around 10.30 this morning (12th Dec) on Lightmoor Way.
West Midlands Ambulance Service found the pedestrian at the scene who was then assessed by paramedics.
She received advanced trauma care from ambulance staff at the scene, before being sent to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
Medics travelled on board and continued treatment en route.
A spokeswoman from West Midlands Ambulance Service said no person from the bus required treatment.
