13-year-old arrested on suspicion of murder in West Bromwich
It's after Isaac Brown, 15, was killed in the town at the weekend.

Police have made a further arrest in connection with the death of 15-year-old Isaac Brown who was stabbed in West Bromwich on Sunday night (7 April).
Isaac sadly died after he was stabbed in New Square at around 9:15pm.
Officers have arrested a second boy, aged 13, on suspicion of murder and he remains in custody for questioning.
A 17-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of murder yesterday (8 April) also remains in custody while enquiries continue.
Police are still urging anyone who has any information about the incident to get in contact with them.
