Woman in hospital with life threatening head injuries following Basingstoke crash
A woman has been left in hospital with life threatening head injuries following a crash in Basingstoke.
A grey Toyota Rav4 and the woman pedestrian collided on Winchester Road, Basingstoke at around 3.30pm on Friday (18 February).
The 49-year-old had been going across the road at the pelican crossing east of the Kempshott roundabout before the collision.
She was taken to Southampton General Hospital with life threatening head injuries.
Police say no arrests have been made in connection with the incident at this time.
They're asking any witnesses to come forward and speak to officers.
