Woman has ceramic tile smashed over her head and man repeatedly kicked in Basingstoke
A woman has had a ceramic tile smashed over her head and a man kicked repeatedly during an assault in Basingstoke.
The pair in their 20s were walking along Norn Hill at around 11:40pm on Monday (20 September) when they were attacked by two men.
The suspects fled the scene in the direction of Queen Mary Avenue.
One victim suffered severe bruising to his ribs and grazing, and the woman sustained a cut to the head and grazes on her face and hand.
The two men are described as:
-Aged 18 to 21
-White
-Slim build
One was wearing a grey hoodie and the other was wearing dark clothing at the time.
