Wellbeing fair returns to Andover
The town centre will host lots of ideas for a healthy mind and body
Andover Wellbeing Fair is returning for a second year, providing opportunities to discover new ideas and activities that promote a healthy mind and body.
Taking place on the High Street on Sunday 23 June, the fair will see a host of organisations come together to showcase all of the services that they can offer to the local community. The fair aims to encourage visitors to follow the five ways to wellbeing and Be Active, Connect, Learn, Give and Take Notice.
Between 10am and 2pm visitors can look forward to meeting friendly representatives from charities such as Andover Mind and Unity as well Andover Primary Care Network and Sport in Mind.
The Three Bees Project will be coming along with their therapy goats and Anvil Arts will be offering free music tasters.
Those looking to get involved will have the opportunity to take part in the day’s activity programme, which will feature exercise classes, including Zumba, run by Places Leisure, and families can bring their own bikes to join an organised ride with Breeze - British Cycling.
