Man found guilty of Slough cyclist murder

A man has been convicted of murder in Slough.

Yahqub Mussa, aged 22, of Daylesford Grove, Slough, pleaded guilty to murder at Reading Crown Court.

Mussa will be sentenced on a date yet to be determined.

At around 8.50pm on 2 October 2022, police received reports that a male had been seriously injured in Waterman Court, Cippenham.

Officers attended the scene where it was established that Kyron Lee, a 21-year-old man, had been in a collision on his bicycle with a car in Earls Lane.

After the collision, multiple men exited the car and chased Kyron into Waterman Court where he was fatally attacked. The offenders then left the scene in the car.

Paramedics from the South Central Ambulance Service also attended, but tragically, the man was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 9.45pm.
