Two more people charged after Halloween night murder in Reading

Two further people have been charged in connection with the murder of a 22 year old man in Reading on Halloween night.
Reece Heffernan was fatally stabbed in Romany Lane in Tilehurst on October 31.
Damian Wozniak, aged 18, of Kings Road, Reading has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He's been remanded in custody after appearing Reading Magistrates Court yesterday.
19 year old Madison Henderson, also of Kings Road, is also charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
She will appear at Reading Magistrates Court on January 12 next year.
Five other people have been charged in the same case:
- 23-year-old Carlos Daniel Capitao Mor Da Fonseca, of Fawn Drive, Three Mile Cross, has been charged with murder, possession of a bladed article and perverting the course of justice.
- A 17-year-old boy from Earley has been charged with murder, possession of a bladed article and perverting the course of justice
- Hamzah Ahmed, aged 18, of Jubilee Road, Reading, has been charged with one count of murder and possession of a bladed article.
- Tuviah Thompson-Hordle, aged 18, of Brant Close, Arborfield, has been charged with one count of murder and one count of possession of a bladed article.
- Umer Arshad, aged 23, of Waterloo Road, Wokingham, has been charged with one count of perverting the course of justice.
