Two men have been charged following a report of a robbery incident in Basingstoke.
Officers were called at 7.33am on Tuesday 15 April to a report that a man his 30s was approached by two men while he was sat in his car on Winchester Road, near Beggarwood.
The victim was threatened with a knife and punched. He suffered minor injuries to his hands and face.
Officers attended the scene and arrested four people in connection with the incident. Two have since been charged.
Dean Wilson, 50, of Sinclair Drive, Basingstoke, has been charged with robbery and possessing a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place.
Kristoffer Mallion, 43, of Otterbourne Walk, Sherfield-on-Loddon, has been charged with robbery and possessing a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place.
A 38-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man, both from Basingstoke, were arrested on suspicion of robbery. They have been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
