Teenage girl sexually assaulted in Farnborough

A 16 year old boy's been arrested in connection

A 14 year old girl's been sexually assaulted in Farnborough, with police looking to trace thee possible witnesses.

The victim reported she was touched inappropriately over her clothing by a boy, in an alleyway between Stubbs Moor Road and Fernhill Road at around 5.30pm last Sunday (18th August).

During the incident, three other teenagers appeared from the Fernhill Road side and the boy ran away.

The group helped the girl afterwards.

A 16 year old boy from Farnborough has since been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and been released on conditional bai., pending further enquiries.

The girl and her family are getting support from Hampshire Police officers.

There's now an appeal for witness, including the three people mentioned here, to come forward to police.
