Police in Basingstoke investigate 'suspicious' incident
They're appealing for witnesses after a fight in the town
Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a suspicious incident that took place in Basingstoke on Monday 8 November.
Officers received reports that four young men were involved in an altercation on Owen Way between 5.15pm and 5.45pm.
Two were riding e-scooters and all four were wearing dark clothing.
They later left the scene and went through the Rooksdown estate before using the underpass that leads into Winklebury.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses and CCTV images that may have captured the incident, or the four young men fleeing the scene.
