Police probe suspected Basingstoke school arson
They're appealing for witnesses
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following reports of a suspected arson incident at a school in Basingstoke.
Officers were called to a report that a building at Chiltern Way Academy on Pack Lane had been set on fire at some time between 8pm and midnight on Saturday 19 April.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the fire. A building, which is not attached to the main school building, was damaged as a result of the incident. No one was injured.
Since this was reported, Police have been carrying out a number of enquiries and are appealing for witnesses.
