Police appeal after ‘racially motivated’ attack in Slough

Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses to an attack in Slough they believe may have been racially motivated.
A teenage boy was approached by four men who assaulted him and tried to take his phone on Grasmere Avenue between 5pm and 6pm on December 17.
The boy fought them off and managed to run away.
Officers want anyone who might have witnessed the attack to come forward.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Deborah Rimmer, said: “We are investigating this assault which was reported to us on Wednesday (27/12) but happened on Sunday 17 December.
“We are carrying out enquiries and we believe that this incident may be racially motivated.
“We are appealing for witnesses to come forward or also to anyone who has CCTV or possible dash-cam footage.
