The Andover Business Improvement District is offering a large unit in the Chantry Centre to be shared by several businesses rent free.

The Andover BID say they currently has several local businesses without shop fronts or a retail presence in the town who have agreed to take up the offer, but they're seeking another three of four businesses to join them.

To qualify for the offer, businesses must be committed to Andover, have a product with an Andover or Test Valley local connection and are prepared to make a 'time commitment'.

In return, BID say they will offer support to these businesses by providing a rent free space, marketing and PR support and professional one-to-one business advice.

The unit comes with:

 Large empty unit in excellent condition

 Recently refurbished with cladding that can have shelving attached

 Large front window looking into the whole unit

 Kitchen Access

 Multiple Toilets

 Rear access for loading from a Chantry Centre service yard

 EPC’s is available upon request

Steve Godwin, BID Manager says

“We are absolutely delighted to have secured this unit and it provides a wonderful opportunity for a local business who either doesn’t currently have a shop window or is a fledgling business that want to have a town centre presence. We work closely with TVBC who are just as committed as The Andover BID to make their top priority to support local businesses as well as the town.”
