Reading FC relegated

Reading FC have been relegated to League One.

Their time in the Championship was ended last night by Huddersfield beating Sheffield United.

Noel Hunt's side is still without a win since he took charge from Paul Ince last month.

It has been a tough few months for the Royals with a run of 12 matches without a win and a six point deduction.

The Club has tweeted to say it'll fight again and rise another day and it's thanked fans for all their support.

The Royal's next match will be on Monday (8 May) against the very club that knocked them down, Huddersfield.
