Police appeal after assault and robbery in Andover
Two men approached a man in his 20s and repeatedly punched him before stealing his ID and documents.
Police are appealing for witnesses, information and footage following a robbery on Anton Lakes footpath in Andover.
During the incident, which occurred between 11pm and 11.55pm on Monday (29 September), the victim – a man in his 20s – reported being approached by two men, who subsequently assaulted him by repeatedly punching him in the face.
The two unknown men then stole the victim’s black crossbody bag, which contained his glasses, identification and documents.
The victim suffered facial injuries and grazes to his legs as a result of the assault.
Both suspects are white, in their 20's and were wearing dark clothing.
