Motorcyclist seriously injured in Berkshire M4 crash

Police appeal for witnesses

Thames Valley police is appealing for witnesses following a serious injury road traffic collision on the M4.

At around 12pm (8/10), a black Honda motorbike collided with a white Seat Ibiza on the M4 westbound between junctions 8/9 and 10.

The motorcyclist, a man aged in his fifties, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital, where he remains at this time.

Dash-cam

Investigating officer PC Jonathan Housby, of the Roads Policing Unit, said:

“I am appealing to anybody who witnessed the collision, or who may have dash-cam footage that captured the incident, or the moments leading up to it, to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
