Man who died in Burnham incident formally identified

The 35-year-old died after collapsing in Wyndham Crescent on Sunday.

Police can now confirm the formal identity of the victim.

The victim has been identified as Beau Robinson, aged 35, from Burnham. His family are being supported by specially trained officers.

Following reports of an altercation Police were called at around 1.10pm on Sunday to Wyndham Crescent.

The 35-year-old man collapsed and despite the best efforts of medical professionals, he later died.

Head of Major Crime, Detective Superintendent Kevin Brown, said:

“Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Mr Robinson at this extremely difficult time.

“We would ask that their privacy is respected while they try to come to terms with what has happened.

“Our investigation continues, and we have arrested and charged one person in connection with the incident.”

A Home Office post-mortem examination has taken place with the results pending further medical opinion.
