Police in Andover are investigating a second case of indecent exposure this month.

They want to trace a man who exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl last Tuesday (21st March) as she walked along the path from London Road to the bridge over the A3093.

The man is described as:

• White

• Aged in his 40s

• Between 5ft 8ins and 5ft 10ins tall

• Of skinny build

• Wearing black trousers, black trainers and a dark brown/dusty black knitted fleece with a half zip

• Wearing a dark grey balaclava scarf on his head that covered his face and having dirty blond hair poking out from underneath

Officers say they’d like to speak to a man and woman who the victim talked to as she crossed the bridge into Picket Twenty as they may have important information that could help their enquiries.

Officers say they think that incident is linked to another one earlier this month, on the same path, when a man on a red mountain bike exposed himself to a woman in her 20s on Friday 17th March.

If you can help, you're being asked to get in touch with Hampshire Police on the 101 number, via their website or by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
