Man denies double murder over arson attack flat fire in west Reading

A man has pleaded not guilty to murdering two people in an arson attack on a block of flats in west Reading.

Appearing at Reading Crown Court Hakeem Kigundu denied two counts of murder, arson with intent to endanger life, and two counts of GBH with intent.

He was remanded in custody.

46-year-old Richard Burgess and 45-year-old Neil Morris both died in the fire at Rowe Court on December the 15th.
