Man charged with murder of David Allen in Reading

A 37 year old man is due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court today.

A man has been charged after a man was stabbed to death in Reading.

77-year-old David Allen was found at his home in Elgar Road last Wednesday (01/12).

He'd died from a stab wound to the chest.

Jacob Trussler, 37, of no fixed abode, has been charged with one count of murder.

He's due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court today.
