Man charged over murder of woman in Reading

Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police’s Major Crime Unit, a man has been charged in connection with the murder of a woman in Reading.

Edwin Kiplangat, aged 29, of London Road, Reading, was charged with one count of murder and two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on Tuesday (9 September).

Linner and Kiplangat were known to each other and had lived together at the London Road address.

Kiplangat has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court Wednesday (10 September).
