Basingstoke car theft arrest
A Vauxhall Insignia was stolen from outside an address on St Catherine's Road overnight on Friday

Police have arrested a man as they investigate a car theft in Basingstoke.
Hampshire Police first received reports a Vauxhall Insignia had been stolen from outside an address on St Catherine's Road between 9pm last Friday, and 9:30am on Saturday.
The car was later spotted on Joule Road, Andover, at around 12:20am on Monday.
It was later recovered by police.
An 18-year-old man from Basingstoke was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
He remains in police custody.
