Large fire destroys building in Binley

A large fire has destroyed a building in Binley near to Hampshire’s border with Berkshire and Wiltshire.

Firefighters from Whitchurch, Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke, Stockbridge, Eastleigh and Tadley along with crews from Royal Berkshire FRS and Dorset & Wiltshire FRS were called shortly after 17:30 on Saturday (19 March).

At it’s height there was 12 fire engines, three water carriers and various support vehicles in attendance.

The occupants evacuated safely.
