Four men charged in connection with attempted murder in Reading

Thames Valley Police have charged four men in connection with an attempted murder in Reading.

Robbie Kirby, aged 34, of The Dell, Reading, Thomas Latimer, aged 37, of Westall Street, Shinfield, and Khari Nelson, aged 28, of Flodden Drive, Calcot, were all charged with one count of affray yesterday (12/8).

Ashley Koroma, aged 19, of Cirrus Drive, Shinfield, was charged with one count of affray today (13/8).

The charges relate to the incident in St Mary’s Butts in the early hours of Sunday morning (10/8).

Kirby, Koroma, Latimer and Nelson were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court today.

Two other men, aged 27 and 34, both from Reading, who were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, have been released on police bail until 1 November.
