Next season's football fixtures have been released this morning (22 June)

Reading FC start life back in League One with game against Peterborough on home turf at the SCL Stadium on Saturday 5th August.

In the coming months the Royals will also face Cheltenham, Cambridge and Oxford.

We're expecting the fixtures for the Carabao Cup this afternoon as well.

We may know who Reading will be playing this season but what we don't know is who is going to be leading them.

Rumours are rife that Ruben Selles has agreed to become the new manager.

It's not been confirmed by the club but The Telegraph claims a deal's been done with the former Southampton boss.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday (21 June) it was revealed that striker Yakou Meite, turned down the offer of a new contract in League One and will leave the club this summer.

We also heard earlier this week that long serving Reading FC Women manager Kelly Chambers is leaving the club after their relegation from the Women's Super League.
