Teenager seriously injured in five vehicle collision near Woolhampton

Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision near Woolhampton in west Berkshire.

Five vehicles were involved in the collision on the A4 Bath Road at around 5.30pm on Friday (21/7).

A woman in her late teens sustained serious, potentially life-changing injuries and was taken to hospital, where she remains.

Six other people also suffered injuries and were taken to hospital, but have all since been discharged.

No arrests have been made.

Investigating officer PC Beth Drummond, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said:

“I would appeal to anybody who witnessed this collision or may have dash-cam or CCTV footage of the collision or the moments prior to it to contact us.
