A 'Have a go' day is taking place at Maidenhead Fire Station today.
It's happening between 10 and 2.
People aged 17 and over are being invited to take part - to learn about the recruitment process.
Those interested in a career as a firefighter are also being offered the chance to try some of the physical tests required for the selection process.
