Hundreds of e-scooters stolen from lorry on the M3 in north Hampshire

They were taken overnight from Fleet service station

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a theft from a lorry at Fleet Services, M3 Southbound, Fleet.

Sometime between 10pm on Monday, 27 February and 6.30am on Tuesday, 28 February hundreds of electric scooters were stolen from a white DAF artic lorry.

The lorry, that was parked in the lorry park of the services area, had its side curtain slit and approximately 419 electric scooters stolen from inside.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information.
