Arrest in Newbury in connection with cyber crimes

A man has been arrested in west Berkshire in connection with an investigation by the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU) into cyber crime offences.

Officers arrested a 21-year-old man at an address in Huntingdon Gardens yesterday (15/10).

He is currently in police custody.

Officers will remain at the scene while the investigation continues.

They say there is no threat to the wider public.
