Pedestrian dies following crash on Hampshire-Surrey border

Police are appealing for witnesses.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the death of an elderly pedestrian in Bagshot.

Officers were called to a crash on the A30 London Road, on Saturday morning, near the junction with Jenkins Hill.

The man died at the scene.

The A30 was closed between the American Golf roundabout and the junction of the A30 with Lambourne drive while an investigation was carried out.

Surrey Police have asked for anyone with information to come forward:
