CCTV appeal following burglary at petrol station near Reading

Police want to trace two people who may have 'vital' information

Police are releasing images of two people officers would like to speak to as they may have vital information following a burglary in Spencers Wood near Reading.

At around 10.15pm on Tuesday 11 May 2021 a man entered the BP Garage in Basingstoke Road and gained access to the staff office. Once in the office he stole an amount of cash, boxes of scratch cards and an electronic tablet.

It is believed he left in a silver Renault Megane.

Investigating officer PC Gareth Davies, based at Loddon Valley police station, said:

“I am releasing these CCTV images as I believe the individuals pictured may be able to provide vital information to this investigation and I urge them to come forward.
