Caravan destroyed in Church Crookham fire

A caravan has been destroyed in a fire in Church Crookham.

Hampshire Fire and Rescue were called out to Wickham Place at around 4pm on Wednesday (5 February).

Firefighters in breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to extinguish the caravan which was well alight when crews first arrived on the scene.

Ventilation fans were used to clear smoke from the area as police were informed as it is believed the fire was set deliberately.
