Tributes to "beautiful generous soul" from North Hampshire killed in head-on crash

A man from Basingstoke has died in hospital following a multi-vehicle collision on the A287 near Farnham.
Police were called to the scene close to the village of Ewshot at around 9.20pm on Friday 23 April after a head-on crash between a van and a car.
Three people sustained life-threatening injuries in the incident, with the driver of a third vehicle involved uninjured.
The driver of one of the cars, 22-year-old Hayden Perrin of Maynards Wood in Chineham, has since passed away in hospital.
Paying tribute to Hayden, his family said: “He was a larger than life character who lit up the room.
“He was such a beautiful generous soul and loved his family and friends. Our world will never be the same.”
Officers investigating the exact circumstances of the collision remain keen to speak with anyone who can assist our enquiries.
