A 58 year old man has been arrested
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to an assault and exposure in Bracknell.
At around 5.40pm on Monday, a teenaged boy was assaulted by a man at the Dreams store at The Peel Centre on Skimped Hill Lane. The victim sustained injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
The same offender then entered Home Bargains at The Peel Centre and damaged products. At around 6.13pm, he left the store and sat on benches outside.
Between 6.13pm and 6.24pm, he was seen in possession of smashed glass bottles. During this time, at around 6.20pm, he may have also exposed himself to teenagers in the area.
The offender is described as a white man, around 5ft 5ins tall, around 50 – 60-years-old and bald. He was wearing a cream sweatshirt over a red and white striped shirt, grey shorts and grey shoes.
He had a dark-coloured drawstring bag with him and was wearing glasses. He also spoke with a British accent.
Investigating officer PC Samual Wright said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed any of these incidents yesterday.
“We believe there will have been people in the area during this time period who may have witnessed something.
“We believe the offender may have also sexually assaulted a teenager by inappropriate touching over clothing.
“If you think you saw an offence take place or have any information that could assist our investigation, no matter how small it may seem, please contact us.
“I am also appealing to anyone who may have captured anything on their dash-cam footage.
