Woman jailed for breaching Andover town centre ban
She defied a criminal behaviour order
A woman who breached her criminal behaviour order has been sentenced to 11 weeks in prison.
Daria Julia Boguslawska, 34, of Tailor Close in Andover, was sentenced after admitting to breaching her criminal behaviour order (CBO) on Wednesday 17 July.
The court heard how at around 7.10pm on the day in question, Daria breached her CBO by entering Tesco on River Way, Andover.
Whilst in the store she was verbally abusive to staff.
She was arrested on 22 July.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 23 July, Boguslawska pleaded guilty to breaching her CBO and was sentenced to eleven weeks in jail.
Boguslawska will remain subject of the Criminal Behaviour Order upon her release from prison, excluding her from entering a number of retail and business premises in Andover, preventing her from abusing staff and members of the public near any premises in Andover, and banning her from drinking alcohol in a public place in Andover.
