Berkshire motorist seriously injured in A34 crash

His car left the carriageway on Thursday afternoon

Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A34.

They were called yesterday (11 January) at 3.35pm after it was reported a blue Hyundai Ioniq left the carriageway just north of the junction with the A303.

The driver, a man in his 40s from Thatcham, West Berkshire, received serious life threatening injuries and is currently being treated in hospital.

Police would like to speak to any witnesses and anyone with relevant dash cam footage.
