Woman pedestrian dies in collision on the A303 near Andover

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman pedestrian in her 50s died in a collision on the A303 near Andover.

Police were called just after 10pm on Thursday night following a collision involving a pedestrian and car.

Sadly, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her family are being supported by specialist officers.

Police investigating the circumstances of the collision are keen to hear from anyone who can assist their enquiries.
