Woman left with life-threatening injuries after A418 crash
Two cars collided near Thame on Monday night
A woman in her 70s has been left with life-threatening injuries after a crash near Thame.
Her car crashed with another on the A418 yesterday evening, with the other driver and passenger left with minor injuries.
What happened on the A418?
At around 5pm yesterday (7/12) a grey Fiat Punto was travelling in the direction of Tiddington when it was involved in a collision with a yellow Mini that was travelling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the Fiat, a woman in her seventies, sustained life threatening injuries and remains in hospital in a critical condition.
The driver and front seat passenger of the Mini sustained minor injuries and were also taken to hospital.

Investigating officer, PC Sarah Davies, of the Joint Operations Road Policing Unit, said:
“I am appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with information about what happened, to please come forward.
“I would also appeal to any motorists who were on the A418 at around 5pm yesterday to please check any dash-cam footage in case it may have captured either vehicle or something that could assist with our investigation.
