There was a small fire in a living room on Wycliffe End just before 4am today (Fri).
Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue were called, but the blaze was out when they got there.
A man and a woman were suffering from the effects of breathing in smoke.
Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera and a medical kit.
