A farm attraction in Buckinghamshire is hailing a 'Christmas miracle' after two stolen goats were found and have been returned to them.

Four goats, Blitzen, Comet, Sunday and Rose were stolen in an overnight break in at Kew Little Pigs in Amersham last Wednesday.

Owners were concerned they'd been taken for meat, launching an urgent appeal for them to be returned safely.

Two of the goats, Rose and Blitzen, have now been returned after a member of the public had spotted them in Farnham Royal.

Owner Olivia Mikhail said: "Immediately we spotted Blitzen as he has very distinctive markings, and then Rose too. We called the police and spoke to the owner of the land who said that they had bought the goats from a man who turned up in a van last week.

"The owner of the land has now given a full description to the police, so we hope that Sunday and Comet will soon be home too."

Donations have been flooding to the farm to help improve their security following the break in, with enhanced CCTV among the measures being put in place to help deter further incidents.

Searches remain ongoing for Sunday and Comet.
