Two shot at in Aylesbury robbery

Three people have been attacked in Aylesbury - two of them with a BB gun.

A woman was left with facial injuries and a man was chased and shot at in the robbery early yesterday morning (20/9).

The incident happened between the Horse and Jockey and Prince Rupert Drive at around 12.10am.

Two men and a woman were sat on a bench when they were approached by three men.

They asked if the victims had anything on them and chased one of the men on to Prince Rupert Drive while shooting BB pellets at him.

He was left with minor injuries.

The woman was also shot with the BB gun and was left with facial injuries which required hospital treatment. She has since been discharged.

The man who assaulted the woman then punched and kicked the other man who had remained on the bench.

All the offenders made off towards Prince Rupert Drive and took a handbag containing phones and bank cards.

The offenders are described as three men, they were all wearing balaclavas and black clothing with their hoods up.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Rachel Huggins based at Aylesbury police station, said:

“Three people were injured and had items taken from them.
