Third man charged with fatal stabbing in Houghton Regis

The attack took place on Sunday morning, killing two people

A third man has been charged in connection with a triple stabbing that took place in Houghton Regis on Sunday (13/11).

Mark Griffiths, 40, of Luton, was charged with two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, three counts of conspiracy to murder and three counts of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.

He has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance on Monday (21 November).

32 year old Curtis Long and Nicholas Papworth, who's 31, were charged with murder and attempted murder yesterday.

Tributes have been pouring in online for the men killed - who've been named by police as 39-year-old Adam Fanelli and Patrick Howard, who was 27.
