A third person has been charged with murder in connection with the death of 19-year-old Derrick Kinyua in Luton.

Mr Kinyua was fatally stabbed following a fight in April, on the junction of Hitchin Road and Hucklesby Way.

He later died in hospital.

23-year-old Malcom Mangawa of Upwell Road, Luton, is due to appear at Luton Magistrates' Court today (August 30), charged with the murder of Derrick Kinyua, after being arrested last week.

A 17-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man have both also been charged with murder previously in connection with the case.

Anyone with information is still asked to contact Bedfordshire Police, quoting Operation Syphon.
