Teenager suffers serious injuries in violent High Wycombe burglary

A teenager has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a violent burglary in High Wycombe

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to an aggravated burglary and assault in High Wycombe on Wednesday night (4/5).

Sometime between 10.45pm and 11pm, five men wearing black balaclavas and armed with weapons entered an address on Booker Lane and attacked a person inside. Nothing was stolen.

The victim, a man in his late teens, suffered serious injuries and remains at hospital.

Detective Constable Richard Tulloch, of High Wycombe CID, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information about this incident to please get in touch.

“If you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were in the area around the time, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
