Rennie Grove providing free online will service
They have partnered with Bequeathed to offer the scheme
Buckinghamshire residents are being encouraged to make use of their new service.
Rennie Grove have partnered with Bequeathed to offer a free online Will service for people.
The partnership is offering an online quiz which will check what assets for example a person would need to look after, and then a 30 minute call with a solicitor.
The Will will then be accredited by the legal professional to check everything and advise of any changes if needed.
Debbie Matthews from Rennie Grove says its extremely important to have a will:
"It is one of those things we feel we probably should do but we often don't get around to.
"Particularly younger people might not think it is something for them to do.
"Typically in our lives we will have about 4 wills and so it is something that is worth thinking about for now and can always be updated.
"It is a free service we are offering but there is a chance to consider leaving a gift to a charity, or charities in you will if you choose to."
Anyone can make their online Will, for free, in three simple steps:
1. Go to the Rennie Grove page on the Bequeathed website here and complete the online interview
The questions asked help to gather all the information required to make your Will quickly. It takes around 20 minutes and there's online help at hand if you need it.
2. Have a 30-minute telephone or video appointment with a legal firm
When you've completed the online interview, an appointment with a legal firm will be arranged via phone or video call. The solicitor will discuss your situation and your wishes and confirm the Will fully caters for your needs.
3. Receive your free Will in the post, sign it and have it witnessed
After your appointment, the legal firm will send you your free Will. Just sign it in front of witnesses and return to the solicitor. They will check it has been executed correctly and securely store it for you, also at no cost.
