An 18-year-old has appeared at Luton Crown Court today (Wednesday September 18) charged with the murders of a woman and two teenagers in Luton.
Nicholas Prosper appeared via video link from HMP Bedford, and spoke only to confirm his name.
A provisional trial date of March 3 was this morning set by His Honour Judge Michael Simon, with the trial set to last three weeks.
Prosper has also been charged with a "number of firearms offences", Bedfordshire Police said.
The bodies of Juliana Prosper, 48, Giselle Prosper, 13, and Kyle Prosper, 16, were found at a flat in Leabank, off Wauluds Bank Drive on Friday - although police said formal identification was yet to take place.
Tributes have been paid by members of the public and the former schools of both Giselle and Kyle.
Dozens of bouquets, candles, teddies, and a balloon were laid at the foot of the building, in which the three lifeless bodies were found, over the weekend.
A mass was held at a local church, Holy Cross C of E in Marsh Farm, yesterday (Tuesday September 17) in memory of the three victims.
Earlier this week, the family, in a statement released through Bedfordshire Police, remembered Juliana - whom they called Julie - as "a strong, loving mother to her four beautiful children, who were her absolute world".
Prosper is due to appear at Luton Crown Court for a plea hearing on December 5.
