Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was charged and two others arrested, in connection with an affray in Watford.
Emmanuele Mendy, aged 20, of Whippendell Road in Watford, has been charged with affray and possession of a bladed items in a public place.
After an incident on Whippendell Road, at around 8.30pm on Wednesday 6 September
"Appealing for anyone who believes they witnessed what happened to come forward"
PC Ross Lang, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said:
“This incident happened on a busy road at a time when many people would have been walking or driving past, so we are appealing for anyone who believes they witnessed what happened to come forward and speak to us if they have not done so already.
“We’re particularly keen to hear from anyone who believes they may have dashcam, doorbell camera or CCTV footage that could assist us with our enquiries.”
