A person has thrown fireworks at a security guard outside a Tesco Express store in Bicester.

Thames Valley Police has releasing a CCTV image of a person that may have important information about the assault.

It happened between 10.10pm and 10.15pm on Saturday (31 October), when an unknown male threw fireworks at a security guard outside the Tesco Express in Holm Square.

The force has confirmed the victim was not injured during the incident and no damage was caused.

Investigating officer Sergeant Gavin Staniland, based at Bicester police station, said:

"I am releasing this image as I believe that this person may have information that could help with my investigation.
